निजता नीति — सेहत साथी

छोटी बात पहले। सेहत साथी आपकी सारी जानकारी आपके ही फ़ोन में रखता है। हमारा कोई सर्वर नहीं है जहाँ आपकी जानकारी जाती हो, कोई अकाउंट नहीं बनाना पड़ता, और हम आपकी जानकारी किसी को नहीं भेजते।
ऐप आपके फ़ोन में क्या रखता है
- प्रकृति के सवालों के आपके जवाब, और उनका नतीजा
- जो तकलीफ़ें आप बताना चुनती हैं, और उनके सुरक्षा सवालों के जवाब
- आपकी उम्र का दायरा और लिंग, अगर आप बताएँ
- आपने कौन-सा अभ्यास कब पूरा किया, इसका हिसाब
- आपकी सेटिंग — भाषा, अभ्यास का समय, याद दिलाना
यह सब सिर्फ़ आपके फ़ोन में, ऐप की अपनी जगह में रहता है। कहीं नहीं भेजा जाता। हम इसे देख नहीं सकते।
हम क्या इकट्ठा करते हैं: कुछ नहीं
हम आपकी कोई निजी जानकारी न इकट्ठा करते हैं, न रखते हैं, न बेचते हैं, न किसी के साथ बाँटते हैं। न अकाउंट, न ईमेल, न फ़ोन नंबर, और ऐप में कोई विज्ञापन या ट्रैकिंग नहीं है। ऐप को इंटरनेट की ज़रूरत नहीं है और आम इस्तेमाल में यह इंटरनेट से जुड़ता ही नहीं।
संवेदनशील जानकारी
सेहत से जुड़ी जानकारी भारत के सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (उचित सुरक्षा प्रथाएँ एवं प्रक्रियाएँ तथा संवेदनशील व्यक्तिगत डेटा या सूचना) नियम, 2011 के तहत संवेदनशील मानी जाती है। चूँकि यह आपके फ़ोन से बाहर जाती ही नहीं, यह हम तक कभी पहुँचती नहीं।
जानकारी हटाना
सेहत साथी को फ़ोन से हटा देने पर ऐप की रखी हर जानकारी हमेशा के लिए मिट जाती है। कहीं और कुछ रखा ही नहीं है जिसे हटाने के लिए आपको हमसे कहना पड़े। “कहाँ तकलीफ़ है?” स्क्रीन पर आप किसी भी तकलीफ़ को कभी भी हटा सकती हैं।
बाँटना
जब आप ऐप किसी को भेजना चुनती हैं, आपके फ़ोन का अपना शेयर मेन्यू खुलता है। उसमें हम शामिल नहीं होते — संदेश जिस ऐप से जाता है (व्हाट्सएप, एसएमएस या कोई और), वह उसकी अपनी निजता नीति के तहत होता है। उस संदेश में आपके बारे में कुछ नहीं होता।
बाहर जाने वाले लिंक
कुछ जगहों से यूट्यूब का वीडियो या हमें ईमेल खुल सकता है। सेहत साथी से बाहर जाते ही उस सेवा की निजता नीति लागू होती है, यह नहीं।
बच्चे
सेहत साथी बड़ों के लिए है, 18 साल से छोटे बच्चों के लिए नहीं। हम किसी की भी जानकारी नहीं रखते, इसलिए बच्चों की भी नहीं।
बदलाव
अगर ऐप के जानकारी रखने के तरीक़े में कोई बदलाव होगा, तो बदलाव आप तक पहुँचने से पहले यह पन्ना और ऊपर की तारीख़ बदल दी जाएगी।

सेहत साथी एक सामान्य स्वास्थ्य ऐप है। यह कोई चिकित्सा उपकरण नहीं है और किसी बीमारी की जाँच, इलाज या रोकथाम नहीं करता। कोई नया व्यायाम शुरू करने से पहले डॉक्टर से सलाह लीजिए।
Privacy Policy — Sehat Saathi

The short version. Sehat Saathi keeps everything on your phone. We do not have a server that stores your information, we do not have an account system, and we do not send your information to anyone.
What the app stores on your phone
- Your answers to the prakriti questionnaire, and the result
- Any health concerns you choose to tell us about, and your answers to the safety questions that follow them
- Your age range and sex, if you provide them
- A record of the practices you complete, and the dates
- Your settings: language, practice time, reminders
All of this is stored only in the app’s own storage on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere. We cannot see it.
What we collect: nothing
We do not collect, receive, store, sell, or share any personal information. There is no account, no sign-up, no email address, no phone number, and no advertising or tracking technology in this app. The app does not require an internet connection and does not make network requests during normal use.
Sensitive personal data
Information about your health is sensitive personal data under India’s Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Because it never leaves your device, we are not a recipient of it. You provide it to the app on your phone, for the app on your phone.
Deleting your information
Uninstalling Sehat Saathi permanently deletes everything the app has stored. There is nothing held elsewhere for us to delete, and no request needs to be made to us. You can also clear individual health concerns inside the app at any time, on the “What is troubling you?” screen.
Sharing
When you choose to send the app to someone, your phone’s own sharing menu opens with a message. We are not part of that; whatever you send goes through the app you pick (WhatsApp, SMS, or another), under that app’s own privacy policy. The message contains no information about you.
Links out of the app
Some screens can open a video on YouTube or an email to our support address. Once you leave Sehat Saathi you are covered by that service’s privacy policy, not this one.
Children
Sehat Saathi is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly hold information about children — and because we hold no information about anyone, there is nothing to hold.
Changes
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change reaches you.
